The word mandala means “circle” in Sanskrit. Mandala is a spiritual symbol in Buddhism and Hinduism that represents the Universe. Its circular design symbolizes the idea that life never ends and everything is connected. The mandala also represents spiritual journey.
Creating and colouring the mandala can bring profound inner transformation. Mandalas are known to balance both sides of the brain, allowing thoughts to flow with clarity.
NeuroMandala is an individual drawing with a personal meaning. When we are drawing NeuroMandalas according to certain rules, we carry out a powerful transformational work on seven levels, known as chakras (the energy centres within the human body). We charge our mandalas with the energy that we need, and our drawings may reveal new potentials for us.
