Drawing yantras/mandalas for the chakras using Sacred Geometry and NeuroGraphica. Links to the tutorials will be sent after registration.

Yantras and mandalas are often used in meditation and contemplation practices of Hinduism, Buddhism, Vedic traditions. Initially, yantras were created by ancient mystics. This secret knowledge were used only in a small group of selected people who were initiated. These geometric patterns were kept hidden and passed only from masters to their followers.

At the beginning, yantras served to encode the sacred knowledge of the Universe and represented energy patterns of various deities and phenomena. Yantras are believed to be energy storage. Yantras are typically geometric line drawings. Mandalas could also feature various patterns and decorations.

This course includes 8 lessons, step-by-step tutorials demonstrating how to draw the basic geometric patterns/yantras for the primary chakras and how to personalize these diagrams using NeuroGraphic Art. Each lesson includes an introduction about each chakra.

*Everyone is welcome! No previous art/drawing experience required. Some familiarity with NeuroGraphic Art is suggested.

***Suggested drawing materials: Smooth drawing paper (letter size or A4), a ruler and compass, fine markers (0.5, 1 mm) and colouring pencils.
